  • We recommend couples book us early and after securing a venue and date. A timeline of nine months to a year is great. Booking six to nine months in advance is strongly encouraged, especially for peak season weddings from March to November. And depending on availability, we can book an event in as little as six to eight weeks.

  • To reserve our availability, we require a 30% retainer and a signed agreement. This will come after a consultation and a quote is sent out. We like to make sure everything looks perfect on the quote before completing the booking process.

  • The average couple spends $3,500 with us. This typically includes ceremony decor or arbor florals, centerpieces, sweetheart table or head table decor, and all the personal flowers for the wedding party.

  • As a full-service wedding florist, we handle the details and logistics so you can enjoy your day!

    Monica and her team will deliver, set up, and style all floral and décor elements on-site. At the end of the evening, we return to tear down installations and collect all rented items, including vases, candles, arches, and other décor pieces.

    Delivery, setup, teardown, rental pickup, and our labor are all built into our pricing rather than added as separate line items. Delivery is complimentary within the Tulsa metro area. (Additional fees may apply for venues outside the metro area or locations with unique loading requirements.)

  • We focus on just one event per weekend so we can give every detail the attention it deserves, and still enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

  • Arbor florals, flower meadows, some centerpieces, and larger installations typically include the mix of faux and fresh florals. Bud vases, candle trios, and personal flowers are designed with all fresh flowers.

  • We believe there truly is "a blessing in every detail." Every bouquet and boutonniere is hand wrapped with ribbon and carefully finished for a polished appearance. Boutonnieres are packaged carefully and labeled for the recipients to make wedding day distribution simple. We also provide disposable towels for drying bouquet stems before photos.

Our Story

Hi, I'm Monica, owner and lead designer of CB Floral Design.

I help couples throughout Oklahoma create wedding flowers that feel timeless, personal, and uniquely theirs. Whether you're planning a grand celebration or an intimate ceremony, my goal is to make the floral design process enjoyable and tailored to you.

My love of flowers began in childhood, gathering wildflowers on my grandparents' land, and later grew while working in floral shops. Today, with 15 years of professional experience, I have the privilege of helping couples celebrate one of the most important days of their lives through beautiful, thoughtfully designed florals.

I love weddings because they bring together all of life's best moments in a single day. Family, friends, happy tears, meaningful traditions, and a whole lot of love. It's always an honor to play a small role in such an important chapter of a couple's story.

One of my favorite parts of wedding day is presenting the bridal bouquet. After months of planning, seeing a bride's face light up when she holds her bouquet for the first time never gets old. One wedding day moment I'll never forget was watching a mother of the bride tear up as she saw her daughter holding her bouquet. In that instant, the significance of the day became real, and moments like that are exactly why I love what I do.

My favorite consultations happen when couples bring a inspo pics, a color palette, and a few ideas, and then trust me to help bring it all together. I love taking inspiration and transforming it into floral designs that feel authentic to each couple and their celebration.

Alongside me is my husband, Austin, who serves as co-owner and my right-hand man. Together, we work to ensure every wedding day runs smoothly, from delivery and setup to teardown at the end of the evening.

As a Preferred Vendor at some of Oklahoma's premier wedding venues, I have the privilege of designing florals for celebrations at venues including The Mayo Hotel, Tulsa Club, The Patriot Club, and The Lodge at Bridal Creek.

I intentionally limit our calendar to one wedding per weekend because I never want couples to feel like just another event on the schedule. This allows me to be fully present, personally oversee every floral design, and give each wedding the attention it deserves.
